    The purpose of this study is to fine the reality on relation between a sign and a object.
    The sign is not thing oneself, which substitutes what kind of thing except oneself outside. the sign has a materiality and a meaning and thinking, con ception and idea oneself are not a sign.
    Saussure defined a sign combination of the vocal image and concept.
    Finally, a sign combined signifier and signified.
    Saussure' semiology suggested that a sign represented a concept about reality and didnt represented reality oneself.
    On the other hand, Perice explained a sign composed of object, sign and interpretant.
    Perice emphasized the object oneself can be grasped by a sustained efforts and explore on the reality.
    But philosopher Kant explained thing itself could not be cognized.
