어머니의 심리적요인, 반응성유형과 장애유아의 중심축 발달행동 간의 매개효과와 중재효과 = The Moderating and Mediating Effects of Maternal Psychological variances and Responsive style on Pivotal developmental behaviors of Young children with disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 어머니의 심리적 요인으로서 양육 효능감, 우울, 양육스트레스, 그리고 사회적 지원으로서 남편의 협력지각 변인과 어머니 반응성 유형이 장애 유아의 중심축 발달행동에 미치는 영향력에 대한 매개효과와 중재효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구 대상은 서울과 부산지역에 위치한 상담기관 및 유아특수학교에서 영유아 발달검사를 의뢰받은 아동과 부모 50쌍이다. 이들 중 26명은 일반아동이고 24명은 발달장애 아동들이다. 자료는 비디오촬영법과 자기보고식 질문지를 통하여 수집되었다. 수집된 자료변인들에 대해 가정된 매개 모형(Mediating Model)과 중재모형(Moderating Model)을 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 일반아동 집단의 경우 어머니의 반응성 유형은 어머니의 효능감과 아동의 중심축 발달행동 간의 관계를 매개하였으며, 장애아동 집단의 경우 어머니의 효능감이 아동의 중심축 발달행동을 촉진하는데 있어서 어머니의 반응성 유형이 중재된 매개관계로 나타났다. 한편, 어머니의 심리적 요인 즉, 어머니의 효능감, 우울, 양육스트레스는 아동의 중심축 발달행동에 중재적 관계가 있으며, 남편의 협력에 대한 지각 정도는 어머니의 심리적요인 즉, 우울과 양육스트레스에 중재적 효과가 있음을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 장애유아 중재에 있어서 영유아기 부모가 아동발달에 미치는 영향력 특히 부모의 심리적 요인의 중요성에 대해 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate the effects of Maternal psychological variances and responsive style on social behavior of young children with disabilities. Participants consisted of 50 mothers and their children dyads. Among them, 26 were typically developing children and 24 were young children with developmental disabilities. To collect the data, mother-child dyads were videotaped to assess the maternal responsive style and chilsd’s social interactibe behavior. Also parent-reported questionnaires were used to assess the maternal parenting efficacy, parenting stress, depression, and social support. The regression analysis was used to certify the moderating and mediating effects of variables. The results were indicated that the maternal responsive interaction played a mediated role between the parenting efficacy stress and child’s pivotal behavior and paly a moderated mediation accoding to child with or without disabilities. Also parenting efficacy, maternal depression, parentong stress as a maternal psychological variances have mediated effects on child’s pivotal developmental behaviors and social support was medicated maternal depression on parenting stress. However, we suggest that a maternal psychological variances should be considered as important to promote child’s pivotal developmental behaviors as an objective behavior in the intervention practice for children with developmental disabilities.
