Atpresent,therearemanystudiesontheeffectsoftheaerobicdancetothe humanbody,butfew clinicalstudyontheleadersandparticipantsofaerobic dance.In thisstudy,weaimedtogetusefulbasicdatafortheprotection of an auditory disorder,therefore,weselected 30males(testgroup of15males who were acting as leaderofaerobic dancing fora long time,and control group of15maleswhowerenotexperienced in an aerobicdancing and did nothavea neurologicaland otolaryngologicaldisorder).Theaverageageof test group and control group was 34.87±8.80 and 34.07±8.45 year's old respectively,and the average ofthe professionals aerobic dancing in test groupwas8.33±4.73years.Wemeasuredtheauditory evokedpotential(AEP) oftwogroupstreatedwith70㏈ and85㏈ intensityandanalyzedtheabsolute latency(AL)and interpeak latency(IPL)by the SPSS/pc+ 12.0 program.For the comparison ofthe AL between the experimentalgroup and the control groupaccording tointensity,bothearstreatedwith70㏈ showedsignificant difference(p<0.05)intheⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ waveandintheⅠ,Ⅴ waverespectively, andtheexperimentalgroup treatedwith 85㏈ wasshown in theⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ wave(leftear)andintheⅠ wave(rightear)respectively.

Inthegroupage20,AL oftheleftearin thetestgrouptreatedwiththe intensity of70㏈ showed asignificantly differencein theⅤ waveand AL oftherightearintheⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ wavesthecontrolgroup.AL oftheleftear in thetestgroup treated with theintensity of85㏈ revealed asignificant differenceintheⅤ waveandAL oftherightearintheⅢ,Ⅴ wavesinthe controlgroup.
Inthegroupage30,AL oftheleftearin thetestgrouptreatedwiththe intensity of70㏈ showed significantdifferencein theⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ wavesand AL oftherightearintheⅤ wavethecontrolgroup.Whentreatedwiththe intensity of85 ㏈,the leftand rightearofthe testgroup did notshow significantlydifferenceinthecontrolgroup.
In thegroup age40,when treated with theintensity of70㏈ and 85㏈, the rightand lesfear ofthe testgroup did notshow any a significant differencethecontrolgroup.
From the above results,we know thatlowersound intensity in the test group showed amoresignificantdifferencethan thecontrolgroup.Forthe professionals aerobic dancing no a significantdifference was revealed.And thenweknow thattestgroup(theleaderofaerobicdancing)exposedtohigh pitched sound alltimethecontrolgroup may havehad morepossibilitiesof developing auditory disorder related with the volume ofa noise and this loudnessmayhavecausedtheotolaryngologicaldisorder.
