Several points at issue are raised in connection with development project for building land in Korea. The research objective of this study is the consideration for rational devices of development project for building land.

(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS
The consideration for rational devices is based on the present situation analysis of development project for building land in Korea.
2. RESULTS
As rational devices of development project for building land, the following devices are required - the participation of private developers, the rational allotment of function between public and private developers, the rational allotment of role among the public developers, the application of joint developer system, the diversity of standard for building land supply.
