영아의 또래 간 갈등에 대한 교사 개입

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 어린이집에서 보육되는 영아의 또래간의 갈등에서 교사가 어떻게 개입하고 있는지를 알아보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 문화기술적인 연구 방법으로 만 2세 영아의 또래 간 갈등에서 교사의 개입을 비디오로 녹화하여 분석하였다. 만 2세아 또래 간 갈등에서 교사가 개입한 유형으로는 이름 부르기, 질문하기, 관심 돌리기, 언어적 모델제시하기, 개입하지 않기, 잘못 판단한 개입, 발달에 부적합한 개입, 전시적 개입, 지시하기, 금지하기로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this ethnographic study is to find out teachers involvement with peer conflicts among infants. Subjects are twenty-eight 2-year olds daycare children and four teachers. The experimenter observed and video-taped their activities. The data was transcribed and analyzed. Involvement of teacher with peer conflicts among infants are typed name calling, questioning, transition of interest, showing language model, not involvement, wrong judged involvement, developmentally inappropriate involvement, openly involvement, directing, prohibiting.
