This study attempts to find out the influence of casino corporate culture by identifying the variables that may affect the corporate culture. The results of the study are as follows. Hierarchical culture, relationship-oriented culture, and the job-oriented culture directly affects the overall job performance. Also, Hierarchical culture, relationship-oriented culture have positive impact on individual job performance. On the other hand, innovative corporate culture doesn’t have relationship with job performance. This study proved that the corporate culture can directly give impact on employee’s job performance. One way to improve job performance is that managers pay attention to their corporate culture and the relationship among the employees.
