｢격몽요결｣에서의 인간관계 능력개발 시퀀스와 스킬 = A Study on Sequence and Skills for Developing the Competence of Human Relations in「Kyukmongyokyeol(擊蒙要訣)」

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 󰡔격몽요결󰡕에서 인간관계 능력을 개발하는 리더십 시퀀스와 스킬을 추론하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ｢격몽요결｣의 사친, 거가, 접인, 처세 관련 컨텐츠들이 현대 실제에서 적용 가능한가에 대한 검토해서 관계역량 개발을 위해 그것의 전제조건, 시퀀스, 스킬의 카테고리를 두어 도표와 개요 서술식으로 연구질문에 상응한 명제들을 장별로 도출하여 제안했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 극기→거경→존심 및 구사→구용, 지신, 검신의 순서로 나쁜 습관을 제거해 나간다. 둘째, ‘사친→거가→접인→처세’가 핵심 시퀀스다. ‘사친’에서는 구체적으로 ‘순종의 효→시봉의 효→봉양의 효→간언의 효→상례의 효’의 시퀀스가 있다. ‘거가’의 시퀀스는 ‘형제→부부→자녀→하인’, ‘은혜→교회(敎誨)→형벌’, ‘효녀→순부(順婦)→현모(賢母)’이다. ‘접인’의 시퀀스는 ‘연장자에 대한 겸손을 바탕으로 한 공경(恭敬)→동년배에 대한 택우(擇友)․자성개과(自省改過)→연하자(年下者)에 대한 향속가변(鄕俗可變)’이다. ‘처세’에서는 ‘남을 위해 일함(爲人非爲己)’→‘높은 직위를 사양하고 낮은 지위를 구함(辭尊居卑)’→‘청렴․근면․섬김(廉勤奉公)’의 시퀀스가 있다. 셋째, ‘사친’ 스킬로는 순종․봉양․치료․상례, ‘거가’ 스킬로는 우애․공경․예․의․선은후위(先恩後威), ‘접인’ 스킬로는 온화함(溫), ‘친할 사람과 친함(親親)․사람에 따라 친함과 친하지 않음을 가리지 않음(無親)․‘변명하지 않음(無辨)’․자책내송(自責內訟)․자성(自省)․무대응(無對應)․‘말을 가려서 신중하게 함(擇言簡重)․불방언어(不放言語)․베풂(惠), ‘처세’ 스킬로는 ‘not for self’․청탁배제 등이 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to deduce the sequence and skills of leadership in order to develop the competence of human relations in ｢Gyeokmongyogyeol(擊蒙要訣)｣. The results are as follows: first, in eliminating bad habits out, the process of ‘overcoming selfishness(克己)→emotional stability(居敬)→mindfulness(存心) & 9 kinds of thoughts(九思)→9 kinds of shape(九容)→personality management(持身, 檢身)’ is proper. Secondly, there are the sequence of filial piety→home management→relations of relatives & neighborhood→social relations. This is the essential sequence. The sequence of home management means relationship management of ‘brothers & sisters→couple got married→children→servant’, the order of ‘to give grace→educating and teaching→punishment’, Images of ‘lady practicing filial piety→obedient wife→wise mother’. In relations of relatives & neighborhood, ‘honors is based on the humility of seniors→selecting best friends․reflection and refreshment of guilt(自省改過)→change and communication to Juniors’ is an appropriate sequence. The sequence of social relations is the order of ‘working for others(爲人非爲己)’→‘Looking for low status positions, abandoned the high status’→‘integrity․diligence․servanthood(廉勤奉公)’. Third, Skills of filial piety are ‘being obedient to parents, offering food․clothing․shelter, curing, funeral etiquette. Skills of home management are brotherhood, honor, justice’, ‘first grace later dignity’. Skills of relations of relatives & neighborhood are reflection and cautious language. Skills of social relations are ‘not for self’, request exclusion.
