Along with industrial developments and heightened life quality, interests by the nationals in the fields of environment, safety and sanitation that have been neglected in the past are growing faster than ever before. also, civil complaints against odors are increasing due to various stink pollution accident, restriction for better odor management are strongly demanded for living environment problems. Apart from that, the problems of stinks and vocational diseases are emerging as social issues due to various harmful materials discharged from petro-chemical factories. And discharging sources are getting more diversified to sporadically discharging non- spot sources rather than just single spot sources like industrial chimneys emitting densestinks there have been demands for stink condition investigation throughout the entire area of a business location. In this regard, in order to understand stink conditions of petro-chemical factories and thier major causes. A modeling program method has been proposed to predict stink affected scope which utimateIy reduce the unpleasent odor. This research has been performed through three stages, such as preliminary survey, condition examination, and odor map composition. The results have shows that in the case of Volatile organic carbons(VOSs), as each business location carried out active reduction activities, the odor was detected mostly at low concentration throughout the entire business location while the outbreak tended to be instantaneous and sporadic.
