    The symbol design of Samchok International Cave Expo Korea 2002 expresses an emblematic part of the cave as the uterus of Mother Earth, and fantasy of Cave Expo by the flow of the spirits of Yin and Yang. The center unit of the symbol made up by 3 units represents dynamic mystery of the cave which conceived human civilization. And the unit combines freehand styled positive image and negative image of Yin and Yang.
    Outside of the unit represents image of two Yang spirits(which) expressed by freehand styled soft curved line. The symbol as a whole is noble and stabled triangle in structure.
    The design shows us the vision and plan of Samchok city that the city is going to be an international tourist city through Cave Expo.
    We also designed an application system which can upgrade the image of the city.
