This study aims at classifying the kinds of the conflicts in junior college, and suggesting the strategies for managers the conflicts. The conflicts in the junior college arises from the hostility and confrontation among the members of the sections and departments including professors and administrators.
It is an complicate and dynamic operating reactions which comes with the trouble some situations. This conflict has simultaneous aspects of functions which help to achieve the aims of junior college systems and of dysfunctions which hinders it.
Accordingly, managering the conflicts means helping functions and decreasing dysfunctions.
