다문화사회의 법적 해석과 규제 논의 = Discussion on Legal Interpretation and Regulation of Multi-cultural Society

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The advent of a multi-cultural society under the rule of law and the national response should be done through legal interpretation and regulation for our society. Currently the Republic of Korea is at the time of preparedness to make a preparation for multi-cultural society and we already have a variety of policy formulation and implementation. By the way phenomena such as the national response on a multi-cultural society don`t indicate social consensus about the reality and the clear stance. Ultimately under the keynote, the so-called multi-cultural society, we truly have to establish some basic principles and discuss this policy to realize the true social integration. Meanwhile, we need to do the real challenge for a multi-cultural society as a cultural response to the regulation and we have to make each individual laws by type of foreigners in Korea. To do this, we have to make National Response Framework Act for a multi-cultural society and concurrently the individual laws including the current regulations need to ensure internal stability in all its aspects. It will be able to be realized clear and real respond through legal analysis and regulation on multi-cultural society.
