여고생의 신체에 대한 수치심과 섭식행동 관계에서 자기용서의 매개효과 = The Mediate Effects of Self-forgiveness in Relations Between Body Shame of Female High School Students and Eating Behaviors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aimed at figuring out relations with factors influencing on eating behaviors of female high school students and verifying mediation effects of self-forgiveness on eating behaviors by body shame. This survey was conducted for a total of 410 female high school students living in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Deajeon. This study was conducted to find out eating behaviors and body shame mediated by self-forgiveness. The results of the study are as below: self-forgiveness has meaningfully meditation effects in relations between body shame of female high school students and eating behaviors. This means that high body shame directly influences on abnormal eating behaviors and indirectly as lowering the self forgiveness. This research was conducted to present directions of counseling intervention on eating disorder of female high school students, as the age of people suffered from eating disorder is on the gradual decrease. Based on the result of this research, we discussed the importance of counseling approach to enhance the self-forgiveness and counseling implication for the eating disorder of female high school students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여고생들의 섭식행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 선행연구를 토대로 신체에 대한 수치심이 섭식행동에 미치는 영향에서 자기용서가 매개효과를 가지는지를 검증하였다. 서울, 인천, 경기, 대전 지역의 여고생들 410명이 연구에 참여했으며, 섭식행동, 신체수치심, 자기용서 변인들 간의 매개효과를 상정한 구조모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 여고생들의 신체수치심과 섭식행동 간의 관계에서 자기용서가 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 여고생들에게 있어 높은 신체 수치심이 직접적으로 이상섭식행동에 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 신체수치심이 높을수록 자기용서를 낮춤으로서 이상섭식행동에 영향을 주고 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 점차 저연령화되고 있는 섭식문제에 대한 상담적 개입의 방향을 제시하고자 여고생들을 대상으로 연구를 진행했으며, 섭식문제에 대한 요인으로 신체 수치심에 초점을 맞추었던 기존의 개입과 더불어 자기용서를 증진시키는 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 연구 결과를 토대로 의의와 여고생들의 섭식문제에 대한 상담적 시사점을 논의하였다.
