청소년쉼터 입소거부 청소년의 지원과 과제 = A Study on the Support and Tasks of Adolescents Refusing Admission to Youth Shelters

In relation to youth protection and welfare policies, interest in and support for ‘out-of-home youth’ using youth shelters has continued. However, interest in out-of-home youth, who are in the blind spot of the policy due to their refusal to enter the youth shelter is low. And In relation to youth out-of-home, the definition of the term for youth who are placed in the blind spot of youth protection and welfare policies by voluntarily or involuntarily refusing to enter living facilities such as youth shelters is not clear.
In this study, it is defined as ‘out-of-facility youth’. In addition, I tried to find the challenges and support measures raised such as the time of runaway, the period of runaway, the reason for running away and the reason for not entering the shelter.
