    Many teenagers who seek shelter are victims of mental shock who have been in situations of domestic abuse, neglect, and sexual violence for a long time. They come to the shelter either directly or through institutional links.
    Until they came to the shelter, they experienced severe psychological and emotional shock, but did not receive proper help or treatment. For them, the shelter is too low and unfamiliar in terms of environment. And the kindness of the teachers is fearful and violent. they may be violent or run away from teachers or peers.
    Teenagers could not stand domestic abuse and tried to run away, but unfortunately became victims of another abuse in the street life. As a result, they became teenagers facing a crisis by being distant from home, school, and peers.
    In this regard, this paper aimed to examine the problems caused by the increase in high-risk youth and to seek the role of short-term shelters.
