      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study to provide data for the research on lactic acid in blood, by determining the difference of lactic acid in blood between experimental group and control group after exercise; by measuring exact quantity of lactic acid and reviewing the changed condition; and by examining closely the relation between exercise and lactic acid.
      High school students (13 students players and 13 non-players) took exercise on bicycle ergo meters at the speed of 900 kpm for 10 minutes. Disposable injector was for analyzing the blood sampling blood, and a spectrophotomer was used for analyzing the blood sample. 2ml of sample blood were taken from the vein of the left upper arm at break time, and from that of the right upper arm after exercise. The results of this experiments are as follows ;
      1. The quantity of lactic acid in blood was considerably increased after exercise when it was compared to the break time for both experimental group and control group. 2.79 times was increased. The quantity in break time was 14.28㎎, whereas after exercise it was 35.75㎎.
      2. The above-mentioned difference explains that exercise has an effect on the improvement of train capacity non-oxggen process.
      3. More research is required, since the measurement of increasing lactic acid in blood after exrercise has an accidental error according to the sampling method and time.
