This study aimed to secure regional identity and create sustainable fishing villages by content-izing food products produced in fishing villages centered around marine festivals, Fishing Village Experience Retreat, and nationally important fishery heritage. Micro-capital startups and food content development through food offerings at marine festivals, differentiated content development unique to the region where the fishing village experience and relaxation village is located, and the unique value and differentiated food of the livelihood-maintaining fishery heritage that only the world's unique nationally important fishery heritage possesses, provide the fishing village with distinct and suitable content. However, the fact that food plays only a supplementary role in these three types of activities limits the development of differentiated content necessary for the sustainability, identity, and prevention of local extinction of fishing villages. The development of differentiated content for food in fishing village areas and the creation of profits through food are important content that can create value for fishing village areas. Therefore, this study aims to propose food content development plans focusing on these three types of operation and evaluation criteria. In this study, the analysis was based on two criteria. First, the differentiation and suitability of the content. Second, we must expand the use of core content from marine festivals, fishing village experience resorts, and nationally important fishing heritage sites.
