아동발달계좌 사업의 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구 -서울시복지재단의 꿈나래통장 사업의 사례를 중심으로- = A Exploratory Study on the Effectiveness of Child Development Account

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

CDA(Child Development Account) program for the low-income families with children has introduced to Korea in 2007. Nevertheless, there are little previous studies focused on CDA. Then, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the CDA Program and suggest theoretical and practical implications. This study adopted logistic regression model for the study purpose. Data used for this article is the survey on the participants of ``Seoul Dream-narae Saving Account Program`` implemented by Seoul Welfare Foundation. The results are as follows. First, child-rearing attitude and parenting stress are the important factors of the effectiveness of the Child Development Account Program. So, there are necessities to support for enhancing positively parents` child-rearing attitude and reducing parental stress. In addition, it is necessary to design supplementary programs in order to affect intention for saving and saving behavior. Finally, it is supposed to creating longitudinal datasets for investigating of long-term effects of CDA.
