협력적 계획과정에서 나타나는 주체간의 갈등 및 조정에 관한 연구 = 진주 강남지구 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업이 협력적 계획과정이라는 전제 하에서 각 참여주체간의 갈등관계, 구조, 내용을 분석하여 협력적 계획의 유용성을 진단하고 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법은 연구자 자신이 회의에 참석해 획득한 자료를 정리하였으며, 각 주체와의 심층면접을 통해 갈등 내용을 조사하였다. 주체간 갈등 및 조정을 분석한 결과, 외부단체의 참여ㆍ의사소통의 장 마련ㆍ사회적 학습ㆍ신뢰감 형성 등이 협력적 계획과정을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해 중요한 요인임을 파악할 수 있었다. 아울러 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 협력적 계획과정이 이루어지기 위해 선행되어야 할 과제와 시사점을 도출하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외부단체의 참여는 디자인팀의 갈등 완화에 긍정적 효과를 줄 수 있다. 둘째, 주체간의 원활한 의사소통을 위한 사전적 활동이 필요하다. 셋째, 각 주체간의 수평적 관계가 더욱 요구되어진다 등이 그것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is premise that Diffusion Model of Residential Environment Improvement Project is the process of collaborative planning. This study aims to analyze contents, structures, conflicts among the participants ins collaborative planning and to draw its values. The results of this research are as follows: Participation of external organizations, platform of dialogue, social learning, and confidence-building are important to finish the projects successfully. Ultimate goals of collaborative planning through dialogue platform and social learning are to reach an agreement and make implementation. Based on these results, requisites for collaborative planning are as follows: First, participation of external organizations is effective to settle discords in design departments. Second, preliminary actions are needed to have better communications among participants. Third, horizontal relationships are essential.
