To young people who graduate on the vocational high school, a job means the starting point of self - discovery rather than just a means of living itself. As an individual, a human being is related to society through work and contributes to the development and improvement of society. Through one's role in the society one can achieve self- discovery. In the 21st century, according to the globalization and the information - oriented, the demand for certain jobs has increased and various type of jobs are created or disappear rapidly.
Therefore, vocational education and an effective employment recommendation system are needed for students to become happy and productive members of society. In recent most companies prefer candidates recommended by their schools over those not recommended, because they trust the school's recommendation system.
Actually, it is difficult for the students to find a job without a school recommendation. It is necessary for the school to decide the job recommendation rankings by the fairest and strictest criteria. In most schools, because the job recommendation rank generation is based on the class teacher or the employment teacher 's subjective opinion, there are many problems with the lack of objectivity. Therefore the most fairest and the objective employment recommendation system for students is needed.
In this thesis an employment recommendation ranking system is designed to automatically generate the objective rankings and to eliminate teacher's subjectivity in the ranking process. Using system will provide a benefit both students and employers, as well as it also reduce teacher's work load.
