      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Since 1920s a number of efforts have taken placed in order to introduce the educational innovations into educational settings and to achieve successful educational changes. Recently using information communication technologies, efforts to improve education institution's effectiveness and efficiency and to change the structure of school systems are still conducted. As such efforts are expanded, previous attempts to introduce other types of educational technologies raise doubt as to the potential success of educational innovation. One of the reasons why we have not realized the optimal use of educational innovations is that there are not enough efforts to understand various educational change models. In this paper, the models which can offer the educational change practitioners valuable lessons and strategies are discussed.
