This study aims to suggest the design direction of community facilities in public space according to component of family and income. To do this, dweller's usage and characteristics of different income class have been surveyed and analyzed with case studies.
In sufficient composition of public space and facilities have been found that should meet the different income class and component of family's demand. Moreover public space including facilities should be considered with the different income class not with it self but the different income class.
