      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The Society which we live movoes to industrial Society rapidly.

      At this point today, design reached the position influencing the masses greatly according to the progress of wide technology &information industry. Thus, desirable Contribution to the society got to be presented as an important matter Especially, as modern time begins, world got to show the time character which inform even the thought of themselves publicly to others properly through design.

      So each Corporation established business personality which was based on the purpose and characters etc and is trying to transmit them.

      As a result, it Produced C. I. P. (Corporate Identity Program) and needed mark which
      anounces them to Consumerrs.

      Marks have originated and developed from patterns since ancient time. Also, the ideograp-hic shapes and symbolical meanings of marks have been formed in their functional or Soc-ial relations to human beings.

      Today, the Graphic Symbol have their own systems as visual signs, which can contain the Communicative abilites.

      So, I wish to be helpful to development of our Graphic symbol, especially the develop-ment of the part in C.I.P. Therefore this thesis try to seek Strategies of Corporate Image up in order to effective Communicaton.

      At this point today, design reached the position influencing the masses greatly according to the progress of wide technology &information industry.
