기혼 여성의 성행위에 관한 연구 : Aspect of the Orgasmic Experiences = A Study on Sexual Behavior of the Married Women

In order to study the sexual behavior of married woman in the aspect of orgasmic experiences, we surveyed 616 married women who were randomly sampled from aparment complex of Kang Nam Gu Seoul and the surveys were done by questionnaire method.
The results were as follows;
1) About half the subjects(49.8%) have always or nearly always experienced coital orgasm during intercourse, and 21.9% of subjects seldom, 4.2% never experienced. And 17.5% of subjects have experienced multiple orgasm during one cycle of intercourse.
2) According to our data of orgasmic sources, there were different sources reaching orgasm; 43.7% of subjects, coital orgasm only; 3.8%, noncoital orgasm only; 47.5%, coital and noncoital orgasm.
3) In the correlation of the sexual satisfaction and orgasmic experiences, subjects who experienced orgasm adequately showed statistically significant satisfaction in the sexual life of the marriage.
4) There were statistically significant factors in orgasmic experiences, such as sexual communication and foreplay as well as frequency of intercourse, duration of penetration.
