대학생의 자존감과 사회적 지지가 사회적 문제해결에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Self-esteem and Social Support of College Student on Social Problem Solving

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 자존감과 사회적 지지가 사회적 문제해결에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 대학생 144명이 조사에 참여하였다. 자존감과 사회적 문제해결, 사회적 지지와 사회적 문제해결 간 상관분석 결과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 자존감, 사회적 지지 및 이 두 변인의 상호작용을 독립변인으로, 사회적 문제해결을 종속변인으로 한 다중회귀분석 결과, 두 변인의 주효과는 유의하게 나타났으나 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 관찰되지 않았다. 사회적 지지가 사회적 문제해결에 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나 사회적 지지의 하위요인별 분석 결과 4개의 사회적지지 요인 중 자존감 지지만이 주로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 자존감과 관련된 변인이 사회적 문제해결에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify influence of self-esteem and social support on social problem solving. A total of 144 college student subjects were participated for this study. As a result of correlation analysis between self-esteem and social problem solving and between social support and social problem solving, it showed statistically significant positive correlation. On the base of the multiple regression analysis findings, which used independent variable containing self-esteem, social support and interaction of these two variables and dependent variable which was social problem solving, the main effects of two variables showed statistically significant. But moderation effect of social support was not observed. Result of this study showed that social support and social problem solving are closely related. But as a result of analysis of sub-factors, only self-esteem support factor among four social support show significant positive correlation about social problem solving. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that variables associated with self-esteem play important role in social problem solving.
