      Recently, the domestic construction market has been accelerating the development and introduction of 'Smart Construction Technology' based on the government's enormous interest and support. However, compared to advanced countries abroad, the domestic construction field is now in its infancy.
      Therefore, to achieve the goal of increasing productivity and improving the safety of the domestic construction industry, various studies on smart technology are needed through continuous development and introduction. This study aims to derive a plan to develop and revitalize smart construction technology in the future by analyzing the applicability and practical effects of each technology for smart construction technology introduced to create the first smart city in Korea.
      Based on the trends in domestic and foreign smart construction technology examination and analysis of previous studies on smart construction technology, this study aims to induce the development direction of smart construction technology optimized for domestic construction sites by analyzing the advantages and
      disadvantages of technology introduced in the Busan Eco Delta Smart City construction work. Thus, this study focused on analyzing the effects and limitations of various smart construction
      technologies introduced in the Busan Eco Delta Smart City construction project and suggested the direction and development of smart construction technologies that can have practical
      competitiveness. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a basic reference for the introduction of smart construction technology to the domestic construction industry in the future.
