釜山의 金融空間 分析 : 1971-1991 = A study on the changes of the spatial structure of financial activities in Pusan, Korea : 1971-1991

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate an aspects of a spatial structure of Pusan by analysing the financial functions as following : spatial concentration and expansion of financial institution, distribution of deposits and loans of funds, regional differentiation of financial activities and the rate of deposits by loans of funds.
The results are summarized as follows.
1) The bank have been concentrated in CBD in sub-CBD as two nucleation in 1971. Later, spatial diffusion of banking has experienced with multiple nucleation.
The distribution of deposit and loans of funds are irregular. It makes clear that loans of funds are mostly concentrated on a few commercial area in 1971. But its replaced industrial area in 1991.
2) A regional differentiation of financial institution are appeared over this periods. The commercial banks are distributed all over the city. And the other financial institution are varied by the region.
3) The loans of funds are concentrated in industrial area. Therefore, this area appeared high rate of deposits by loans of funds. And this pattern show the circulation of funds in Pusan.
Following this study, it is necessary to analyze (a)relations of financial demand and financial supply and (b)network of financial activity in Pusan.
