도시재생을 통한 지구단위계획의 활성화방안 = Activation of the a District Unit Planning through District Regeneration

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of district unit planning is systematically to rationalize land uses in the target region of urbanplanning, to improve its functions and fine-view, to secure a pleasant environment, and to manage the region. In addition,this district unit planning has been introduced by inspecting materials and environmental problems of those citiesin detail and improving the quality of urban environment, but, it has been caused not to meet the original intentions,and it often faces only as a planning due to the redundant regulations, the business-oriented plans, and the lack ofexecution means in reality. In this study, in addition to the designation of the district unit plan, it is analyzed in detailwhat was implemented through the district unit plan so far, and if it was not enforced, for what reason, the purposeof this study is to explore the ways of revitalization of the region through linkage between urban planning and urbanregeneration. The scope of this study is limited to the district unit planning area of Seoul city. In addition, we planto review the plan contents and current contents at the time of designation by selecting case sites to solve the problems.
