산학협력의 장애요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Obstruction Factors of Industry-Academy Collaborations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산학협력 과정에서 대학과 기업이 갈등하게 되는 근본적 원인은 본질적으로 두 조직이 이질적 영역에 속하기 때문이며, 또한 이들의 협력관계를 지원하는 인프라가 부족하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 대학과 기업의 협력관계를 자원의존과 상호작용 측면에서 접근하고, 산학협력 장애요인을 조직 내 요인, 조직간 요인, 외부환경적 요인으로 구분하였다. 장애요인으로는 조직 내부 요인으로 2가지 차이, 조직 간 요인으로 4가지 부족, 외부환경적 요인으로 1가지 부족 문제를 도출하여, 총 2가지 차이와 5가지 부족으로 정리하였다. 조직 내 요인인 2가지 차이점은 1) 대학과 기업 조직의 목표, 활동, 문화의 차이, 2) 산학협력 목적과 동기에 있어서의 차이이다. 그리고 조직 간 요인과 외부환경적 요인에 해당하는 5가지 부족은 1) 정보(교류) 부족, 2) 산학협력의 필요성 및 중요성에 대한 인식부족, 3) 상호간의 신뢰부족, 3) 내부역량 부족, 5) 협력관계를 지원하는 인프라 부족을 지적했다. 이들 요인은 각각 산학협력의 성공여부에 중요한 영향을 미치고, 또한 상호간에 서로 영향을 주고받는 관계에 있었다. 즉 정보 부족 문제를 해결하면 상대방에 대한 신뢰가 형성되고, 조직 간의 차이를 극복할 수 있게 된다. 또한 신뢰를 형성함으로써 산학협력에 대한 인식부족 문제와 역량부족 문제를 해결할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 정보(교류), 신뢰, 인식, 역량 부족 문제는 산학협력 인프라를 구축함으로써 극복될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study approached industry-academy collaborations from resources dependency and interaction perspectives, and analyzed obstruction factors. First, the study pointed out differences between universities and companies' goals, activities and culture, and second, it pointed out differences in cooperation participation goals and motives. It presented insufficient points such as 1) lack of information (exchange), 2) lack of awareness on the need for and importance of industry-academy collaborations, 3) lack of co-trust, 4) lack of internal structure capacity, and 5) lack of an infrastructure to support cooperative relations. These factors were each selected as factors that have an important influence on whether or not industry-academy collaborations succeed, and it was confirmed that industry and academy had a relationship of co-effect.
