학교부적응 아동을 대상으로 하는 집단 음악활동 프로그램의 심리정서적 효과성 = School maladjusted children A Study on Psychological and Emotional Effectiveness of Group Music Activity Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 학교부적응 심리정서적 어려움을 해소할 수 있도록 집단음악활동 프로그램을 시행하고 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 아동이 경험하는 심리현상 중 우울, 공격성, 낙관성의 긍정적인 변화를 도모하기 위해 이미 효과성이 검증된 10회기의 프로그램을 진행하였다. 여러 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 추천으로 심리정서적 어려움을 겪는 아동을 무작위로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 실험집단을 대상으로 집단음악활동 프로그램을 수행한 후 차이를 비교하였다. 통제집단에서는 유의한 변화가 없었던 반면, 실험집단에서는 우울, 공격성이 감소되고 낙관성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났 다. 학교부적응의 아동 삶의 변화를 향상시키기 위해 심리정서적 역량을 강화할 필요가 있으며 학교부 적응 아동의 특성과 욕구를 고려한 프로그램이 추가되고 개발되어 사회적 문제로 발전하고 있는 학교 부적응 현상에 음악치료가 기여하여 학교부적응 아동과 사회에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 심리치료의 방법으로 사용되길 바란다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to implement a group music activity program and to verify its effectiveness so as to solve the school maladjustment psychological emotional difficulties. In the psychological phenomenon experienced by the child, we conducted a program of 10 sessions that was already proven effective in order to promote positive change of depression, aggression, and optimism. Children who experienced psychological and emotional difficulties with the recommendation of social worker at various local children s centers were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the control group, there was no significant change, whereas in the working group, depression, aggression decreased and optimism improved. It is necessary to strengthen the psychological and emotional competence to improve the change of the life of the child who is school maladjustment. The program which takes into consideration the characteristics and desires of the maladjusted children is added and developed. It is hoped that it will be used as a method of psychological treatment that positively affects maladjustment children and society.
