소규모 중소기업의 정보기술 수용에 관한 실증연구 = An Empirical Study on the Acceptance of Information Technology in the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

he purpose of this paper is to make empirical analysis of factors affecting the intention to use the information technology, which is rapidly spreading recently in small and medium-sized enterprises. Because the information technology acceptance means that the individuals use (at least the intention of use) the information technology in the form of system, this study prepared the research model by grafting Technology Hype Cycle Model into Technology Acceptance Model. Based on the theoretical researches were founded CEO support, personal innovativeness, training, IT usefulness as independent variables, and examined their effects on the dependent variables (intention of use) via intervening variables (subjective expectancy of IT itself and objective expectancy of IT-Performance). A empirical survey was undertaken with small and medium-sized enterprises, and 102 valid questionnaires was collected. The collected data were analyze using Tool (SPSS and AMOS 7.0). The results of this study are followings: (1) only personal innovativeness, IT usefulness were founded to affect the subjective expectancy of IT itself. (3) subjective expectancy of IT-Performance and objective expectancy of IT itself were affected the intention to use.
