학업성취 우수 대학생의 학습역량 사례연구 -학습동기와 학습행동 영역을 중심으로- = An Exploratory Case Study On the Honors Level University Students` Learning Competency

In a knowledge based society, knowledge is a core element of the competitive power of nations. The learning competency, that is required for learning to occur, is important and the only method to develop knowledge in this knowledge based society. Therefore, learning competency is essential to all members of our society. Leaning competency is a basic core competency to develop other competencies especially for university students. Learning competency is the practical ability to execute successful learning. The purpose of this study was to examine university honors level students` learning competency and to identify the composition of their learning competency. The researcher randomly selected 10 University students who were on honor rolls and used a qualitative in-depth interview method for this research. The results of this study show that there are 2 spheres and 14 components in honors level university student`s learning competency.
