신자유주의의 레짐 이동(Regime Shift)에 따른 로컬 거버넌스의 형성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Transformation of Local Governance in accordance with Regime Shift in Neo-liberalism

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Neo-liberalism have influenced the world trade market as economic and political agenda from 1970th. Now then, neo-liberalism contributes to build up national governance but also local governance which was said local government. By way of this transformation, economic policy is changed to free market orientation in micro scope and whole national product⋅provide⋅consumption systems are completely transformed to new things in macro scale. In the other side, economic and political paradigm is replaced to new institutions and regulations, what is called regime shift. Regime shift, a main axis in this thesis, focuses on 'competition and innovation', 'observance of market oriented economic policy', 'public-private partnership', and 'openness meaning to globalization'. In this article, I will show such characters of regime shift are applied on korea local governance in three cases, point out several problems occurred in the process, and debate on the strategy of these problems.
