자연녹지지역의 효율적 관리방안 : 전주시 자연녹지지역을 중심으로 = A Study on the Effective Management of the Natural Green Zone :- Focus on the Natural Green Zone of JeonJu City

This study focus on the effective land use system establishment of the natural green area
For thq purpose of this study, This paper was to analyze on the system of land use of urban planning and to research the case study on the resident people’s development needs in JeonJu City is made by the man to man contact survey.
And this study results reveal that , the conservation and development of the natural green area is the important task of urban land use planning. So, the equivalent natural green area management policy have to be establishment on the rational approach of the different situation.
This study surveyed the development of needs dwellers on the natural green zone for the improvement of land use system on the natural green area.
The results of the survey and local city’s relevant policy on the natural green zone was congregated the new direction on the improved land use management alternatives.
This study is to deduct the two tracks implication on the improvement of natural green zone land use
First, the conservation of natural green zone should be accomplished based on the environmental and urban landscape aspects.
Second, the guidelines of architecture and urban development action is to controlled in line with the development needs of dwellers.
Third the development needs of public facility and Agricultural facilitiy will be accepted in line with development purpose.
