연관규칙을 활용한 KT/A-1 항공기 수리부속 재고 확보 방안 = Securing Method of Spare Parts Inventory for KT/A-1 Aircraft by Employing Association Rules

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국산 항공무기체계에 대한 해외 국가들의 관심 증가로 효과적인 재고관리 전략에 대한 지속적인 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 이러한 전략은 항공기의 목표 운영 가동률을 달성하기 위해 필수적이다. 또한, 국산 항공기 중 KT-1과 KA-1 항공기 운영에 PBL(Performance Based Logistics) 계약 적용을 위해 전통적인 시계열 방식에서 벗어나 잠재적인 항공기 결함에 대한 적시 지원을 보장하기 위한 수리부속 예측 방식의 대체 접근법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 대한민국 공군이 운영하는 항공기의 특정 계통 구성품들의 결함 발생에 따라 필수 수리부속들이 상호 연관성 있는 구매청구 패턴을 보인다고 가정하고, 연관규칙을 활용하여 수집한 데이터로부터 의미 있는 패턴과 규칙을 발견함으로써 구성품 간 연관성을 검증하고 필수 수리부속을 예측할 수 있도록 구성품 간의 상호 관계를 시각화 제시하였다. 또한 예측된 필수 수리부속을 기준으로 재고 필수 확보 대상을 확정 지을 수 있으며, 확정된 필수 확보 대상 중심의 구매와 재고 관리를 바탕으로 효율적인 수리부속 운영관리 및 재고확보 방안을 수립하여 이를 통해 KT/A-1 항공기 목표 운영가동률을 보장할 수 있을 것으로 판단하고, 향후에는 대상 항공기 및 대상 품목 추가를 통한 국산 항공기 전반에 걸쳐 확대하여 연구를 수행할 것이다.

Growing foreign interest in the Korean aviation weapons system underscores the continuous need for effective inventory management strategies. These strategies are essential to achieve the target operational availability rate for aircraft. In the case of applying Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts in the operations of KT-1 and KA-1 among Korean-made aircraft, it is required to an alternative approach method of spare part forecast to ensure timely support for potential aircraft defects, moving away from traditional time-series methods. This study assumes that specific system components in ROKAF-operated aircraft show that essential spare parts have interrelated purchase request patterns at fault occurrences. it presented a visualization of the interrelationships between components so that can predict essential repair components and verify their association by employing association rules and discovering meaningful patterns and rules on collected data. Also, based on the predicted essential spare parts, it is possible to finalize the essential securing inventory, and through the establishment of efficient operation management of spare parts and securing method of inventory based on the purchase and inventory management centered on the confirmed essential securing items, it is expected to ensure the target operational availability rate for KT/A-1 aircraft. In the future, the study will be expanded across the Korean-made aircraft across the board through the addition of target aircraft and target items.
