우리나라 기업의 수출 경쟁력 강화를 위한 주요 요인의 우선순위와 중요도-만족도 분석에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Priority and Importance-Satisfaction Analysis of Major Factors for Strengthening Export Competitiveness of Korean Companies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적]본 연구는 수출지원정책 요인을 공급자 및 수요자 입장에서 비교 분석함으로써 수출지원정책에 대한 우선순위를 확인하고 이를 활용하여 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 수출지원정책을 수립하는데 활용하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이라 하겠다.
[연구방법]수출 경쟁력 향상을 위한 다양한 정책을 실행하고 있는데 이를 위하여 선행연구를 참고하여 수출지원정책을 구성하는 상위요인 4개 및 각 상위 요인별 하위요인 4개를 델파이 기법을 통해 추출하였다. AHP 분석을 통하여 ‘수출지원정책’을 구성하는 총 16개의 하위요인에 대해 상위요인 가중치와 하위요인 가중치의 곱을 통해 종합가중치를 산정하였다.
[연구결과]AHP 분석 결과 ‘해외규격/인증/특허 획득 컨설팅(0.138)’이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었고, ’온라인 모바일 마케팅 지원(0.021)‘이 가장 낮은 순위로 나타났다. AHP 결과를 정책의 수요자 입장에서의 결과와 비교하기 위하여 IPA 분석을 사용하였고, 그 결과 중요도 측면에서는 ’온라인 모바일 마케팅 지원(3.571)‘이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났고, ’글로벌 역량진단 지원(3.395)‘이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 만족도 측면에서는 ’국제 물류 지원(2.633)‘이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, ’온라인 모바일 마케팅 지원(2.020)이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
[연구의 시사점]AHP 분석 결과와 IPA 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 다음의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, ‘컨설팅 지원’을 다양화하고 필요한 자원을 확대해야 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, ‘해외 진출 지원’에 대한 홍보를 강화하고 유지관리에 힘써야 한다. 셋째, ‘자금 지원’의 경우 다양한 자금의 규모를 확대하고 개별 리스크를 보완할 수 있는 정책을 마련해야 한다. 넷째, ‘해외 마케팅 지원’에 대한 수요 조사 및 정책의 개선이 요구 된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] This study aims to identify and prioritize the key factors of export support policies through a comparative analysis from the perspectives of both policy providers and users. The ultimate goal is to utilize these findings to establish more systematic and efficient export support policies.
[Methodology]The Republic of Korea has implemented a series of policies to enhance its export competitiveness. In this context, the Delphi technique was employed to identify four overarching factors, each comprising four sub-factors. These sub-factors were derived through a comprehensive review of existing literature. A total of 16 sub-factors related to “export support policy” were weighted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), calculated as the product of the main factor weights and the corresponding sub-factor weights. To compare the AHP results with the perspectives of policy users, the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was additionally applied.
[Findings] The analysis of hierarchical priorities (AHP) revealed that ‘Overseas standard/ certification/patent acquisition consulting (0.138)’ emerged as the primary factor, while 'Online mobile marketing support (0.021)' was identified as the least significant. In order to compare the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the results from the perspective of the policy users, Interpretive Policy Analysis (IPA) was used. The results showed that “online mobile marketing support (3.571)” was the most important factor in terms of importance, and “global competency diagnosis support (3.395)” was the least important factor. In terms of satisfaction, “International Logistics Support (2.633)” emerged as the most significant, while "Online Mobile Marketing Support (2.020)" was the least significant.
[Implications]The results of the AHP and IPA analyses suggest the following implications. Firstly, it is imperative to diversify the scope of “consulting support” and augment the necessary resources. Secondly, it is imperative to fortify the promotion and maintenance of overseas expansion support. Thirdly, in the context of “funding support,” it is imperative to augment the scale of various funds and implement policies that compensate for individual risks. Fourthly, conducting demand research and improving policies for overseas marketing support is imperative.
