Unauthorized Driving is the private use of men who have a certain relationship with the owner a car without permit, Automobile accidents occurred by unauthorized driving causes problems about the Operator`s liabilities of the car owner in automobile insurance compensation affairs. This thesis is written to set up standards of reasonable judgements about the Operators liabilities caused by Unauthorized Driving in automobile insurance compensation affairs referring to precedents of supreme court. Also, it is meaningful to judge the Operators and actual drivers regardless of the Operating Profits and Operating Liabilities. Namely, All the effects occurred by Car Operating should be revert to the man who operated a car for his own sake, but the inwardly intention is so subjective that it is needed to make it objectively considering the victims. If we call the inwardly desire a consciousness of operating liability the notion makes it precise to decide the Operators liabilities. It is needed to research rationally and desirably in admitting the car owner``s operators liability.
