After the late in 1980s, to overcome the limitation of quality of NTSC transmission signal, broadcasting product environment that have been changed from analog composite to component are rapidly changing to use from analog signal to digital signal in recent years. And these changes might have a view to speed up when terrestrial digital broadcasting is started because of other causes the necessity of a product environments to multichannel, multimedia, high definition systems etc.
First this proposal has a MPEG2 generation loss test to decide a signal format of digital storage. Secondly this paper searched the methods to adapt the decided signal format to current product system. Finally digital broadcasting system based on the server and network which could do storage, transmission and edit of broadcasting materials smoothly is designed.
