This study examines the living styles of the middle-aged men for the adult's health management and tries to find out the influence that affects health strength and physical strength. It targets faculty members and graduate students at Y University in Gyeonggi-do. After group sampling, it performs cross analysis, independent sample t-test, and univariate analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows.
1. Living styles show significant relations to cardiopulmonary functions. The living styles show good when life satisfaction level is higher, when sleeping often lacks more than they need, when drinking times are fewer, when exercising frequency is higher, and when meat eating is lower.
2. Out of the living styles that show significant relations to health strength, life satisfaction level has relations to flexibility; sleeping styles to cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance; drinking styles to body fat rate; exercising frequency to muscular endurance; meat eating to body fat rate and flexibility.
3. Out of the living styles that show significant relations to physical strength, life satisfaction level, sleeping styles, and drinking styles have relations to agility and explosive muscular strength; exercising frequency have relations to agility.
