충돌형 단일 분사기를 적용한 젤 연소기의 단시간 연소시험 평가

국문 초록 (Abstract)

상온저장성이 높은 젤 추진제 적용을 위한 공급계, 분사기, 연소기 등을 설계하였고, 단시간 연소시험을 통해 젤 추진제의 연소성능을 평가하였다. 젤 추진제는 단일추진제이며, 충돌형 단일 분사기를 적용하였다. 공급장치는 정밀 압력제어를 위하여 피스톤 방식을 사용하였다. 본 시험을 통하여 설계된 공급장치, 분사기, 연소기 등 연소시험 설비의 작동성을 검토하였고, 점화 시퀀스를 도출하였다. 시험분석 결과 타당한 비추력 및 연소효율 등의 성능 지표를 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The supply system, injector, and combustor are designed for the storable gel propellant. A performance of this combustor is evaluated in a short-duration firing test. Gelled mono propellant is used for the test, a impinging injector is applied. For the supply system, piston chamber is applied to make a accurate pressure control. The operability of the combustion test facility such as supply system, injector, and combustor etc was studied and the ignition sequence was determined. As a result of the test analysis, we confirmed the reasonable results in specific thrust and combustion efficiency of the combustor.
