실용의 시대, 인간의 발견-人物志의 실용적 코드와 연계와 적용 = The discovery of human nature in the era of utility

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper starts from the fact that I was deeply impressed by the transition from philosophical discourse to practical expansion and practical application of deep understanding and exploration of the inner human being embodied in the classic Chinese humanities text, 『Renwuzhi(人物志)』. Human centered Philosophy that classifies human beings into features, ideas, personality, disposition, temperament, and individuality, has discovered the value as an optimal text that can be applied to modern management, politics, and social culture.
It is interesting to see that The 'Enneagram', an ancient Western personality type index, classified the interpretations of thinking, emotions, and behavioral responses by human type into nine frames, is showing a very similar pattern with the classification of personality and material in 『Renwuzhi』.
In this regard, this paper tried to grasps the origins of ancient Chinese character identification traditions and thoughts embedded in the character journal, and examines the historical background in which the texts were formed. And the process from classification-application-management was explored by applying the stages of '觀-用-官' to the ornamental and practical codes embedded in the character journal. Based on this, ‘Enneagram’, an indicator of ancient Western personality type, and the talent program of modern society were linked and applied, and this was carried out as an attempt to reach the reference point of ‘practical anthropology’.
