    This study is focused on overcoming the limitation of the existing reserch by solving the following the problems ; ① the necessity of a guide to the project and the design of the environmental builtform. ② a matter of space for the site of establishment raised by setting up environmental builtform. Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned object in this following research, an investigation of preference was achieved to propose a proper height of environmental sculpture in accordance with the height of building on condition that the radio of 1 : 1/5, 1 : 2/5, 1 : 3/5, 1 : 4/5, 1: 5/5 is applied between the height of height of buliding and the height of Environmental Sculpture. A relative standard of importance concerning an independent variable which contributes to a standard of preference, is exposed to be that character of harmony is highest and, the character of beautification, balance, stability, natural character[meaning how much is natural, safety sensation in regular sequence. The value of a standardized regression coefficient for the harmony is exposed to be the highest, is 0.281 which means 11.2 times as much as the value of a standardized coefficient for safety sensation whose standard of importance is exposed to be the lowest, 0.025. However, all the variables must be considered in setting up the height of envirionmental builtform. because all the rest variables except for natural character, safety sensation is similar in the respect of a relatively importance which contributes to a standard of preference.
