    This article was written to find out the cognitive, affective, physical and psychological elements of learners` learning styles and the relationships of the elements and in result to suggest systematic conceptual model of learning styles. Teaching and learning methods of knowledge-based society in 21st century can be researched with the study on systematic conceptual model of learning styles which considered learners` individual and whole traits. Learners` cognitive, affective, physical and psychological learning styles, their elements, and their relationships were as follows. First, the types of learning style are determined by cognitive, affective, physical and psychological elements. Second, cognitive elements are composed of types of perception, types of processing, and depth of processing. These types can combined to form eight cognitive learning styles. Third, affective elements of learning styles refer to the degree in participation of teaching and learning, attitudes towards people, attitudes towards instruction, and attitudes toward accepting information. These types of learning style can be combined to form a total of 16 affective learning styles. Fourth, the physical and psychological elements are composed of personal preferences for physical and environmental variables. With the exception of perceptual preferences, the physical and psychological elements can not determine the type of learning style but they do have some affect on the learning style and efficiency. The study on systematic conceptual model of learning styles leads to the diagnosis of the learner`s learning styles and suggests some appropriate teaching method for the individual. Such findings will extend the learner`s creativity and personal traits. This study will also give some guidelines for all-round education by considering the learner`s cognitive, affective, physical and psychological learning styles as a whole.
