성매매 청소년의 '마음의 병'에 대한 영상서사치료 연구: 윤리적 돌봄을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인터넷의 기술의 발달로 인한 사이버 범죄와 성매매 청소년의 증가세가 뚜렷해지고 있다. 이에 청소년 성매매의 근절을 위한 법률적 강화, 청소년 자립보조정책과 위기가정 지원 등의 정책이 병행되기 시작했다. 하지만 성매매 청소년의 ‘건강에 대한 돌봄’이 미진하고, 성매매의 재발을 막는 ‘윤리적 돌봄’이 전무한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 성매매 청소년이 성폭행, 가정폭행, 가난과 같은 절박한 상황에서 어쩔 수 없이 성매매로 진입한 사실을 토대로 하여, 성매매 청소년을 가해자 혹은 사회적 낙인이론에 의거한 문제아로서 보는 시선에서 벗어나서 윤리적 돌봄의 대상으로 인식의 전환이 필요함을 논의한다. 또한 성매매 청소년이 성매매라는 경험을 통해서 야기된 마음의 병의 심각성을 논의하고, 마음의 병을 치유하기 위한 영상서사치료를 구안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 구안한 영상서사치료는 서사치료와 영화치료를 접목한 치료법으로, 즉 영화라는 영상 속의 서사에 주목하고, 서사치료의 장점을 영화치료에 접목한 인문치료법이다. 말하자면, 영상서사치료는 영상 속의 서사를 통해서 드러나는 덕의 가치들, 즉 윤리적 가치들을 청소년들이 알게 하는데 있으며, 이런 덕의 가치들은 삶의 방황 속에서 고민하는 청소년 내담자들로 하여금 삶의 올바른 방향을 안내해 주는 나침반이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 마음의 병으로 고통받는 성매매 청소년들이 영상서사치료를 통해서 긍정적인 삶의 서사를 회복하고, 새로운 삶의 서사를 만들 수 있도록 하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Cyber crimes, especially prostitution by young people, are dramatically increasing as one of the adverse effects of the Internet technology development. To eradicate young people's sex trade, thus, some actions have been recently taken, for example, strengthening applicable laws and regulations and implementing policies that help those people's self-support and provide aid to their family in crisis. However, prostituting young people are still little cared for their health. And they are never provided ethical care that helps them quit prostitution. This study suggests the necessity of caring prostituting young people ethically, not socially labelling them as a victimizer or problem. The study calls for understanding that severe experiences of sexual violence, domestic violence or poverty forced those people to start prostitution. And it discusses how much prostituting young people have been mentally hurted from selling their sex. As a way to treat those hurted people, then, the study proposes image-narrative therapy that this researcher has devised. It is the combination of narrative therapy and cinema therapy. Image-narrative therapy is sort of humanities therapy since it mainly focuses on positive effects of narrative therapy and, accordingly, puts narratives in images from films. Specifically, the therapy aims to make young people learn and understand moral or ethical values implied by narratives that are appeared in motion images. Those values would guide in a right direction young clients of the therapy who are wandering because of their painful life. The ultimate goal of this study is to make prostituting young, who are sffering from hurts in mind, people resume a positive narrative of their life and newly develop it through the image-narrative therapy.
