This study developed a strength-based short-term intervention program to enhance university students’ career adaptability, focusing on its four core components: Concern, Control, Curiosity, and Confidence. The program, consisting of three basic and four advanced sessions, included practical activities such as self-understanding, career decision-making, and job exploration using VIA strengths. A total of 40 students were assigned to experimental and control groups, and changes were measured using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–Short Form (CAAS-SF). Results showed significant improvement in the experimental group, especially in Curiosity and Confidence, indicating that strength-based approaches can effectively enhance self-efficacy and promote proactive career behaviors. This study offers a practical, structured model for application in career counseling and education.
