아동학대 신고에 관련한 교사의 경험과 인식에 관한 연구 = 일반교사와 특수교사의 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동학대 신고에 관한 일반교사와 특수교사의 경험과 인식을 파악하고 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 서울과 경기도에 소재한 일반학교 7개교에 재직 중인 110명과 특수학교 4개교에 재직 중인 83명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시해서 186명에게서 수집한 내용을 분석했다. 분석은 SPSS 13.0 version을 활용해서 빈도분석, 분산분석과 x2, independent sample t-test 및 ANOVA를 실시했다. 그 결과, 아동학대 사례경험에는 일반교사와 특수교사의 차이가 없었으나 신고경험은 일반교사가 특수교사 보다 높게 나타났다. 아동학대 관련 교육에 참여한 경험은 일반교사와 특수교사 모두 별로 없었으나 교육에 참여한 일반교사와 특수교사들은 전반적으로 교육에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 아동학대에 관한 지식과 자신감은 교육경험이 있는 특수교사가 교육경험이 없는 일반교사보다 높았으며, 사례경험이 없는 특수교사는 사례경험이 없는 일반교사보다 지식수준이 높았으며, 사례경험이 있는 특수교사는 사례경험이 있는 일반교사보다 자신감 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아동학대 관련 교육에 참여할 의향은 교육경험의 유무와 사례경험의 유무에 관계없이 일반교사와 특수교사 모두에게서 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로도 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 일반교사와 특수교사가 아동학대를 신고하는데 도움이 되는 실천적 제언을 했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to compare the experiences and perceptions about child abuse report of teachers of children without disabilities and with disabilities. For this purpose, 110 teachers of children without disabilities and 83 teachers of children with disabilities were surveyed and then analysis answers from 186 teachers. The answers were analysed by frequency, descriptive. x2, independent sample t-test and ANOVA through SPSS 13.0. As a result, there is no difference about experiences to child abuse between teachers of children without disabilities and with disabilities. But reporting experiences were more high teachers of children with disabilities than teachers of children without disabilities. There is no difference about experiences to child abuse education between teachers of children without and with disabilities. And teachers who participated in education to child abuse are satisfied with education. Teachers of children without disabilities who participated in child abuse education have more knowledge and confidence than teachers of children with disabilities who didn't participated in child abuse education. Teachers of children with disabilities who experience child abuse case have more knowledge than teachers of children without disabilities. The former have more confidence than the latter. Finally, every teachers have intention to participate in education to child abuse in spite of experiences about education and child abuse case. Based on these results, practical strategies needed to help report the child abuse for teachers of children without disabilities and with disabilities were suggested.
