실업 장애인의 구직행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : ICF 분석틀 적용 = A Study on the Factors Influencing on Job Search Behavior among People with Disabilities under the Unemployment - Adapting ICF Framework

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국제기능？장애？건강분류(ICF) 분석틀을 활용하여 실업 장애인의 구직행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 2차년도(2009년) 자료를 활용하였으며, 본 연구의 분석대상은 2009년 현재 실업 상태에 있는 장애인 175명이다. 자료분석은 실업 장애인의 구직행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 순위로짓 회귀분석(Ordered Logistic Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 활동 및 참여영역에서 대인관계능력과 경제생활능력, 개인요인에서 성별, 학력, 그리고 환경요인에서 고용서비스 이용경험이 구직행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 신체기능 및 구조요인은 구직행동에 유의미하지 않았다. 따라서 구직 장애인의 대인관계능력이 높을수록, 경제생활 수행능력이 높을수록, 여성보다는 남성이, 학력이 높을수록, 그리고 고용서비스 이용경험이 있을수록 구직행동이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 실업상태에 있는 장애인들의 구직행동을 촉진시켜 취업 및 창업 가능성을 증진시키기 위한 제언과 함께 후속연구를 위한 과제를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing on job search behavior among people with disabilities under the unemployment. The sample of the study was 175 people with disabilities aged from 18 to 64 and the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) collected by Employment of Development Institute(EDI) was used. As a statistical method, ordered logistic regression analysis was employed to test the factors influencing the job search behavior among unemployed job seekers with disabilities. The results showed that job search behavior became higher when the gender is male, education level is higher, the capability of interpersonal interaction & relationship is higher, and the capability of economic activities is higher. Also, employment supporting service provided by public agencies has a positive effect on increasing job search behavior among people with disabilities. However, there is no significant variables from the body functions and structure in ICF framework. Based on these findings, the study discussed some implications for increasing job search behavior and employment.
