第2共和國 憲政에 관한 硏究

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The establishment and downfall of the 2nd Republic of Korea is very unique.
That gave the korean people hope and breakdown at the same time. Because the regime period actually started from the student's bloody revolution and was gone away by the military coup d'etat
Accordingly, the constitutional period of the 2nd Republic of Korea has been regarded as good objects of studying to the constitution scholars.
Namely, unreasonable adoption of parliamentary government system, non-exist of the class of bourgeoisie, lack of fundamental of economy, no patriotism and immorality of political leaders of people's democratic could be important themes to the constitution scholars.
And unreasonable will of political power and the falling down of regime by military coup d'etat etc. could be regarded as good introductive materials for the sake of reviewing korean constitution history.
Hereupon, I am going to analyze the back ground of the establishment and collapse of the 2nd Republic of Korea and conclude this thesis through my constitutional values.
