다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

With the revocation of clustered settlements within the green belt, a district unit plan was established for a planned management of the district. However, problems, such as the application of uniform standards, and the mass production of long-delayed urban planning facilities, which are irrelevant to the locational properties, are continually being raised.
In this study, 68 clustered settlement districts within green belts revoked in 2004 in Changwon City were examined in terms of the current status, properties, and the details of the district unit plan, and the problems of clustered settlements after the establishment of the renewal of the district unit plan in 2014 was researched.
Furthermore, in order to verify the effect of renewing the district unit plan within the clustered settlement districts, the executive plan of each phase regarding the development was analyzed to conclude that the effect of the currently established district unit plan on the effect of renewing clustered settlements is weak.
This study proposes the following renewal means to enhance the effect of renewing settlements and improving the clustered settlement district unit plan.
First, a development axis will need to be set to form planned roads in consideration of the current state of the lot, rather than the street grid, in districts that require large grounds.
Second, it will be efficient to obtain a common parking lot at the entrance of the village and to obtain 4m roads pursuant to the regulations of building alignment, rather than expanding the planned road for the entrance of vehicles for each ground, where small grounds are clustered within settlements.
Third, the placement of facility plans within the villages will need to use the grounds commonly owned by the village, or geographically place the facilities at the entrance of the villages and appoint locations with no obstructions to increase the use of these facilities. Furthermore, this study has proposed a plan to apply urban planning facilities useful for clustered settlements, such as public grounds, rather than rigid urban plan facilities, such as parks.
It is expected that these renewal means will achieve a useful renewal effect for the residents who experience inconvenience due to long-delayed urban planning facilities after the revocation of the green belt.
Clustered settlements are the base of life resided in by forming a community in a village over a long period of time, and comprise unique living formats. Renewal through a physical plan will increase the realizability of the plan by achieving an ascensional plan required by the residents.
