도시재생적 관점에 따른 미국 지역사회개발지원시스템의 특성 연구 -미국 지역개발공동회사(CDCs)에 대한 지원시스템의 특성을 중심으로- = A Study on the Characteristics of Community Development Support Systems in US on Urban Regenerative Perspectives -Focusing on Characteristics of Support Systems for Community Development Corporations in United States-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, there are increased importance at community building issues within domestic urban policies. These issues came from the destruction of existing communities and following various related social problems by pursuing development-oriented policies during the modernization era. By referencing US`s advanced institutional precedents which had been already experienced similar urban problems, the study finds possible alternative model for community development. To achieve the purpose, this study performs analysis on Community Development Corporation as representative institu tion plays important roles in community development with support systems reinforcing their activities. Also this analysis is done in separately with three elements, Production, Capacity-Building, Leadership System, structured by intermediaries` roles. These efforts find detailed characteristics and roles of support systems as implications possibly reflected on domestic situation in following items. 1)Evolution by support system 2)Improvement by interme diaries 3)CDCs` operating maturity by support systems 4)Alter native development model 5)Locally focused community develop ment 6)community development with comprehensive approach
