정보화시대에 토지공시행정 조직의 새로운 모형 = A New Model of the Land Notification Administrating in Information Age

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main Purpose of this paper is to suggest the method for sharing of land related information which is managed by different government organizations. This study focused on cadastral information, land registration, public land price and land use.
This study obtain the following results.
The recent work to land notification is dispersedly and duplicately managed by each concerning department. It is expected that to computerize, manage and perform it, tremendous expense and labor are spent. Therefore, as a countermeasure, it is necessary to establish "Land Basic Law", a mother law about land and to arrange legal and systematic device. It is necessary to conducted "General land Survey" for collecting accuracy land Information. and to share land information by networking each land related information.
In other to construct integration database, each department introduce "Chief Information Officer (CIO)" who is incharge of information management and sharing. It is necessary to establish "land information clearinghouse" and "land information management committee" in each city and province and national level, and we can provide improve quality of land related administration services.
It is necessary to integrate the land notification functions but although the discussion about integration has continued for many years, it has not been done because conflicts of interests.
Under this situation, It is necessary for us to share land related information through networking each land related information database.
